Instructions for checking status of order

Customers will receive an email for the tracking information after their package is shipped out.  Customers can also contact the customer serivce to find out the details.

 

Process for missing items

If a customer receives their order but it's missing some products. The customer can either ask for a resend or refund for the missing products by contacting the customer serivce email.
